HERCULADO’s extensive product line includes two models of forestry blades, the HPFT and HPFA, designed for forest clearing and maintenance. This equipment is essential for “clearing” access paths and clearing the forest to prevent wildfires, especially in steeply sloped areas near settlements, thereby facilitating firefighter response. They are also the perfect equipment for logging business owners (commonly referred to as “loggers”), who can easily create access roads for trailers and trucks transporting timber.
These models are designed for use with crawler tractors and are “attached” to the outer area of the tracks, a feature already provided by tractor manufacturers for this purpose.

Angledozer-HPFA Model

The bulldozer model (HPFT) is a machine designed primarily for forest clearing; in addition to lifting, it can tilt the blade forward and to both sides—a feature commonly known as “tilt.”

The Angledozer model is more versatile; in addition to the lifting and “tilt” functions common to the bulldozer model, it also features angular movement of the blade relative to the tractor, making it better suited for “clearing” access paths in the forest.

The extreme operating conditions—intended for professional users—required that the equipment be designed and manufactured to the highest standards of durability and reliability. It is primarily constructed of high-tensile steel.
The side blades at the ends—which are subject to the most wear—are made of 20-mm high-wear-resistant steel (Hardox 450) and are configured to compensate for premature lateral wear. The center blades are made of 20 mm carbon steel (Ck45) and are “beveled” on both sides, making them reversible and thus doubling their service life.

This equipment is operated entirely hydraulically, using the tractor's hydraulic controls.
