Articulated Back Arm: the new option for the cistern range
Following its path of responding to customer needs, Herculano now offers a new option for its range of tanks: an Articulated Dorsal Arm.
This option is available for tanks with a volume equal to or greater than 14,000 liters and is intended to facilitate filling in pits or deposits that are difficult to access, whether they are buried or elevated. It is composed of 2 or 3 hydraulic articulation points that can be controlled from the tractor.
It allows the maximum points to be reached as shown in the diagram (amplitudes are for reference only for the Cistern 20000 and vary depending on the model of the cistern, length of the tank, and the type of wheel). It is available in the version - without load accelerator, with load accelerator at the end, and with load accelerator in the middle of the arm.
The articulated arm can be mounted on the left or right side of the tank allowing a maximum rotation of 210º around its axis. The choice of the mounting side of the arm must be made at the time of ordering.
In models with a charge accelerator we achieve total filling, even after the top siphon closes (due to the effect of the foam caused by the vacuum) the accelerator completes the filling, and if you stay a little longer with the accelerator running, the projection of the slurry coming out of the overflow pipe can serve as an agitator for the solid matter in the pit.
