Load Transfer System

How many times have you experienced a lack of grip and traction while spreading liquid slurry on sloping terrain?

This is one of the most recurring problems, especially in steep sloping areas, due to the excess weight at the rear caused by the concentration of liquid slurry. The solution developed by Herculano intends to promote the stability of the tank during spreading, benefiting the traction in inclined areas, until the tank is completely empty.

This load transfer system is based on a partition in the front area inside the tank, originating an antechamber with a volume of approximately 1/3 of the total volume of the tank. Through this system, it is possible to keep more weight on the lug during spreading, thus improving the grip and the tractor's handling capacity.

How does it work?

During filling, both chambers of the tank fill simultaneously, however, during spreading (by pressure), the liquid in the front chamber will remain until the level in the rear chamber reaches the lower partition communication nozzle. Only after the liquid level reaches this nozzle, does the discharge from the front partition start automatically, thus maintaining the balance of the tank until the end of the process.

This is an option in the tank range, specially developed and suitable for tanks with liquid slurry spreading and tracking devices, available for the larger capacity models starting with the CH12000.
