HERCULADO has in its wide range of products, 2 models of forest shovels, HPFT and HPFA, intended for cleaning and maintenance of the forest. This equipment is essential in "opening" access and cleaning the forest, for fire prevention, especially in areas with steep slopes, near settlements, and thus facilitate the intervention of firefighters. They are also the perfect equipment for logging entrepreneurs (usually the so-called "loggers") who can easily create access routes for trailers and trucks to transport the wood.
These models were designed for application in crawler tractors and are "tied" to the outer zone in relation to these (crawlers), already provided for this purpose by the tractor manufacturers.

The bulldozer model (HPFT) is an equipment more suited to forest cleaning, in which its movements include, in addition to lifting, the inclination of the blade in the frontal plane, to the two sides, better known as "tilt".

The Angledozer model is more versatile, besides the lift and the "tilt", common to the bulldozer model, it also has an angular movement of the shovel relative to the tractor, thus being more suitable for "opening" accesses in the forest.

The extreme conditions of use, geared towards the professional user, required the equipment to be designed and produced according to the highest standards of strength and reliability. Its construction is essentially in high elastic limit steel.
The side blades at the ends, as they are the ones subject to the most wear, are made of 20mm high wear resistant steel (Hardox 450), and have a configuration that compensates for premature side wear. The central blades are made of 20mm carbon steel (Ck45) and are "beveled" on both sides, thus being reversible, which doubles their durability.

The handling of this equipment is totally hydraulic, using the tractor's hydraulic controls.
